Can we find a home for another refugee family?

A message from Churches Together in Sevenoaks and District
You may have heard that the first refugee family received by Sevenoaks District Council recently moved into their home.  Particularly impressive was the way that so many from different communities came together to make this happen. Out of this shared concern has grown the group, Sevenoaks Welcomes Refugees.
Now we need to get working on housing more refugee families and CTSD is pleased to be in partnership with SWR to achieve this ambition.  The most pressing and difficult problem is finding a suitable family home to rent.  A three or four bedroomed house anywhere within the Sevenoaks District Council area is urgently required.  Please, would you talk with your church family and other contacts to see if there is a suitable house out there which could be rented for a minimum of two years.
If you hear of anything that might just work, please either contact CTSD or go direct to Graham Roper, grahamroper@lineone.net  telephone 01732 460786.

Please help us to make a significant contribution to this appalling humanitarian problem.
